Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, estimated delivery times, tracking, customs charges, address corrections, delays, lost packages, and damaged shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise.

Where Ritual Finds arranges the shipment, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with Ritual Finds until you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.

If you independently select and engage a carrier that was not offered by Ritual Finds, risk may transfer when the products are delivered to that carrier, where permitted by applicable law.

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase, we may contact you and offer the choice of:

• Accepting a revised estimated shipping date.
• Canceling the unshipped portion of the order and receiving a refund.

Delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances do not eliminate any mandatory consumer rights or our responsibility to provide an appropriate remedy when an order is confirmed as lost, undeliverable, or not supplied.

Eligible products may be returned within the applicable return period and subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
